MEET THE FOUNDER

After spending over a decade in the corporate world culminating raises and titles, I experienced a massive burnout. Having to take action and shift my priorities, I decided to reinvent myself and bring wellness and wellbeing into corporate America, in order to create a world where work makes you healthier, not sicker.
